ORDER ONLINE via our secure server:

  1. Shop and View Your Shopping Cart As you are viewing our online catalogue, select the number of items you would like and click on the "Add" button of the item you would like to order. This places the item(s) in your online shopping cart. You can continue to shop or choose to view your shopping cart at any time. You can also view your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button our navigation bar at the top of each GCV web page. Your shopping cart will list the name of the artist (if applicable), title, number of items ordered, unit price, amount and sub-total. You can click on the title of a shopping cart item to check the details regarding the item. You can also change the amount of items ordered and/or delete items from the shopping cart.

  2. Finalize your Order
    Now within the secure server of the GCV site, please enter your name, contact and billing information. The fields with an asterisk (*) are required meaning that you must fill in this information in order for your order to be submitted. If you are using a security-enabled browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1 or greater, or Netscape Navigator version 2.0 or greater), the credit card information you send Greek City Video, Records & Tapes, Ltd. regarding the purchase is encrypted, making it extremely difficult to read even if it is wrongly intercepted. The use of a security enabled browser to make online transactions is strongly recommended.

  3. Confirm Your Order
    Review and verify all the information in shopping basket order: Name, contact and credit card information, and shopping cart contents. Please note that the subtotal on this page will not be the final amount deducted from your credit cart. You will also be charged any applicable taxes (Canada 7% G.S.T., Ontario residents, NFLD, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are subject to an additional 8% P.S.T ) and shipping and handling costs. You will soon be contacted via email by GCV to confirm the final cost and shipping options for your order.
  4. Submit Your Order
    Click on the "Submit" after you have confirmed your information and shopping cart contents. You will go to a web page that contains your order along with a tracking number. You can print this page as a confirmation of your order. You will soon be contacted via email by GCV to confirm the final cost and shipping options (see below) for your order.

If you receive a bright yellow UPS Service Notice, please remember these key points for getting your package(s):
  • UPS makes up to three [ 3 ] delivery attempts (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Holidays).
  • The UPS driver cannot return on the same day as the delivery attempt
  • You cannot  pickup the package(s) at a UPS facility on the same day as a delivery attempt.
  • All customer pickups require making prior arrangements by calling 1.800.PICK-UPS (toll free number only available in North America) and submitting your UPS TRACKING NUMBER.
  • If you do not have your UPS TRACKING number then please call greekcity.com sales department 1.800.463.9988 to receive it.
  • UPS will hold your package(s) for [ 5 ] business days   from the final delivery attempt before being sent back to the shipper.



 
Return Policy

NO REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO CREDIT CARDS!

YOU MAY RETURN:
UN-OPENED ITEMS
  • Un-opened Video, DVD, cassette, compact disc or CD-ROM within 15 days of receipt at your own shipping cost.
  • Upon receipt of your un-opened returned merchandise we will place  credit to your customer file only   to be applied to your next order.
  • All merchandise must be returned with the original invoice and in the original condition in which our company initially shipped it.
  • Please attach a note indicating reason for return of the item and further directions regarding exchange or credit.
  • We are NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during transit of your item or items back to our warehouse.
  • We highly recommend that you purchase insurance before shipping back your items.
  YOU MAY RETURN: 
OPENED, DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • If you have received a defective item, please notify our sales team BEFORE attempting to return the item/s for RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
  • The item will be reviewed by our returns department,  if it is deemed to be factory defective ONLY then a replacement item will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
  • If the item is NOT DEEMED to be factory defective then the exact item will be shipped back to you,  at YOUR SHIPPING COST.

In What Currency will my Credit Card be Charged?


As our company, greekcity.com, is located in Toronto Canada all transactions occur in a fixed Canadian currency. Your financial institution of which your credit card is issued from will convert the Canadian amount to the appropriate curreny of your home country. NOTE: Exchange rates vary on a daily basis.

Your Credit Card will be charged once your credit card financial institution has approved your billing information and has assigned us an authorization number for the order amount in Canadian dollars.


 
Damaged Goods due to Transit

If you have received an order that has been damaged due to transit, please notify us soon as possible by calling 1.800.463.9988 or

If damaged goods due to transit have been delivered by UPS please make sure BEFORE SIGNING, that you indicate the package was delivered to your doorstep in a damaged state.

Out of Stock Items / Re-Stocking:

The wide variety of our inventory is one of the benefits of shopping at www.greekcity.com. Our purchasing department does it's best to ensure that the inventory is constantly replenished.

  • RE-STOCKING: Takes at least 4-6 weeks.
  • SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS: Takes at least 4-6 weeks.
  • BACKORDERS: We do not keep backorders on file. If an item is out of stock, you must re-order.



 
Invalid Credit Card Information

Upon submitting your order, our Processing Dept. we will attempt to authorize your credit card with your financial institution.

Unclaimed Packages for U.S.A. &  International Customers Only:

Unclaimed orders being returned over the border back to greekcity.com
Please note that customers from the U.S.A. or any International Destination will be responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees and additional shipping charges if merchandise is returned to greekcity.co  under the following conditions:
  • Inability of UPS to deliver package to requested address because customer is not home.
  • Customer refusal to pick-up at UPS terminal.
  • Customer refusal of package without our prior knowledge.
  • Customer refusal to re-route package to another address.
  • Customer refusal to pay duties or taxes of entering country (therefore not signing for receipt of package).


Your credit card will be credited the value of this merchandise ONLY, however, Minus the UPS Brokerage fees charged to clear Canadian customs again on return to us(Canada).

greekcity.com can only guarantee cancellations within the first 30 minutes of placing your Order.

Send us an email as soon as possible within a 30 minute window  to with your:
  • Order Number in the Subject matter.
  • Be sure to include your name.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that have already been processed by our shipping dept. cannot be cancelled.



 
How Do I Know ??

  • FAQ: How do I know when my order has been shipped ??
    Answer: At the end of the business day  UPS we will e-mail you on our behalf with your UPS Tracking number and a link that will go directly to the status of your package.
