  • All customer pickups require making prior arrangements by calling 1.800.PICK-UPS (toll free number only available in North America) and submitting your UPS TRACKING NUMBER.
  • If you do not have your
    UPS TRACKING number then please call greekcity.com sales department 1.800.463.9988 to receive it.
  • UPS Will Hold your package(s) for five [ 5 ] business days from the final delivery attempt before being sent back to the shipper .
